The spices in this mix are smaller compared to other jars that I've had and it still works great in a grinder, has a much fresher and light flavoring compared to the queen and king of meat. Great change from the normal meat or steak rubs. Highly recommend if you like steak and want a different experience, honestly it's pretty good on everything. Will be buying more!
Fantastic! Smells great and the flavor profile works great with just about anything, using the spices in a grinder is a great! But best of all are the tiny individual salt crystal pyramids!!
Used this on a roasted chicken. Only used this seasoning because I wanted to test it out and it’s great. Can’t wait to try it on the smoker
We tried several of the spice blends and found all of them to great quality and flavor. A huge step up from spices available at supermarkets. Smoky cowboy and Mamma Limone are our personal favorites. These have definitly helped improve our home cooking. We find ourselves using at least on of the mixes almost everyday.
So far Peppa Lemon has won me over for asparagus and shrimp. It is so lively, so perky! It makes for a super easy boost on veggies and seafood. Yum!
Steaks on the grill is a frequent in our mealtime planning. King of Meat is at the top of the list of best seasoning for a really awesome steak!
