1 tbsp Aloha Curry
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, etc.)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water or broth
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional)
Directions
Prepare all ingredients before cooking, as stir fry moves quickly.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
Add protein and cook until browned or just cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium low, add garlic and ginger, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Aloha Curry and stir for 20 to 30 seconds to bloom the spice.
Increase heat back to mediam high, add vegetables and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp tender.
Add soy sauce, water or broth, and honey if using, then stir well.
Return protein to the pan and toss to coat.
If desired, add cornstarch slurry and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until sauce thickens.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
