2–3 tbsp water or chicken broth (only if needed)
1 tsp lime juice
Optional: Chopped fresh cilantro, lime wedges, toasted coconut flakes, or sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions
Use slightly cooled or day old rice to improve texture and prevent clumping.
Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add Aloha Curry and stir for 20–30 seconds to bloom the spice.
Add rice and gently break up any clumps.
Toss until evenly coated with the seasoning.
Add salt and a small amount of water or broth as needed to loosen the rice.
Stir until heated through and fluffy.
Turn off heat and stir in lime juice.
Taste and adjust with a small extra pinch of Aloha Curry if desired.
