1½ lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
2½ to 3 tsp Queen of Meat (use 2½ tsp for balanced flavor, 3 tsp for bolder flavor)
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp of white vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes to form a panade.
In a large bowl, add ground beef, Queen of Meat, egg, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and the panade.
Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish or on a lined sheet pan.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove meatloaf from oven and spread glaze evenly over the top.
Return to oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve immediately.
