Ingredients

Grilled Shrimp

2 lb Raw Shrimp, Deveined
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 Tbsp Coastal Breeze
½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Juice of ½ Lemon

Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc

½ Cup Dry White Wine
¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
2 Shallots, Diced
8 Tbsp Butter, Cut into Small Cubes and Kept Chilled
1 Tbsp Coastal Breeze
Juice and Zest of ½ Lemon

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the shrimp marinade ingredients, including the shrimp. Toss until well coated. Cover and let the marinade chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
  2. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside and prepare the sauce.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the dry white wine, white wine vinegar, and diced shallots. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then reduce the heat to medium.
  4. Let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by a little over half, about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low.
  5. Start adding the chilled butter, one cube at a time, whisking constantly. Allow each cube to melt and incorporate into the sauce before adding the next one. Continue this process until all the butter is incorporated and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the Coastal Breeze seasoning, lemon juice, and zest. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
