Salmon
4 Salmon Filets (about 6oz each)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Steak Argentino
Salsa Verde
1 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
½ Avocado, Large Diced
2 Tbsp Capers, Rinsed and Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Small Shallot, Minced
Zest and Juice from ½ a Lemon
Zest and Juice from ½ a Lime
½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp Steak Argentino
Directions
Salmon
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Season the salmon fillets with Steak Argentino seasoning.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for 2-3 minutes, until the skin is crispy.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to 150 °F or to your preferred temperature.
Salsa Verde
- In a food processor, add all ingredients until blended to desired consistency.
