Ingredients

2 Ripe Peaches, Large Diced
2 Ripe Heirloom Tomatoes, Large Diced
2 (4 oz) Portions of Burrata
¼ Cup High Quality Olive Oil
¼ Cup Crushed Pistachios
3 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Torn
3 Tbsp Fresh Mint, Torn
2 Tsp Steak Argentino
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches and heirloom tomatoes. Drizzle with the olive oil and add the Steak Argentino seasoning. Toss gently to coat the fruit and tomatoes evenly.
  2. Divide the peach and tomato mixture between two plates or a large serving platter. Place torn portions of burrata on each plate.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios over the salad. Scatter the torn basil and mint leaves on top. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
