Ingredients

1 Cod Filet (about 5-6 ounces)
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Shellfish Sensation
1 tsp Peppa Lemon
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Salt Flakes
1 tsp black pepper

    Directions

    1. In a plastic bag, place the cod filet, oil, and Shellfish Sensation Spice and mix until the fish is fully coated.
    2. Seal out the air, place in the fridge, and marinate for 30 minutes.
    3. Once the fish is done marinating, remove from the bag and season with the Peppa Lemon Spice.
    4. Heat a small saucepan with more canola oil and sear the cod on both sides for 3 minutes each. Cover with a lid and let steam for 5 minutes.
    5. Remove from heat and pair with white rice and garnish with fresh lemon juice.
