Ingredients

2 Large Russet Potatoes
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
1 Tbsp Smoky Cowboy Spice
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Dried Parsley

Directions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skins on.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove. Stir in the remaining spices.
  3. Place the potatoes in a medium bowl and toss in the butter mixture.
  4. Place them evenly on the bottom of the air fryer, leaving enough space so they don’t touch.
  5. Air fry for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F or until crispy.
