Ingredients
2 Large Russet Potatoes
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
1 Tbsp Smoky Cowboy Spice
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
Directions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skins on.
- Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove. Stir in the remaining spices.
- Place the potatoes in a medium bowl and toss in the butter mixture.
- Place them evenly on the bottom of the air fryer, leaving enough space so they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F or until crispy.
