Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
Combine miso, gochujang, ginger, honey, mirin, Asian Fusion, in bowl, place chicken thighs in and thoroughly coat.
Place in casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through. After you flip, sprinkle onion over dish.
Remove and serve with white rice and use the mixture in dish as a sauce to coat over your finished dish!
