Directions
Prepare the Tuna Burger Patties: In a medium bowl, combine all tuna burger ingredients until well incorporated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, form the mixture into 6 tuna burger patties. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Prepare the Lemon Caper Aioli: In a small bowl, combine all aioli ingredients until well incorporated.
Cook the Tuna Burgers: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is ready, lightly season each side of the tuna patties with more Coastal Breeze seasoning and place them in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook on each side until dark golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. When finished, rest and add a light squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top.
Assemble the Tuna Burgers: Spread aioli on the top and bottom buns. Add a lettuce leaf to the bottom bun, followed by a tuna burger, spoon full of mashed avocado, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, and the top bun.
