2 to 3 tsp Mamma Limone seasoning (divided)
1 to 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add sliced garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant. Do not let it brown.
Add 2 tsp Mamma Limone and stir gently to release aroma.
Add a splash of reserved pasta water to the pan followed by the drained spaghetti.
Toss until the pasta is evenly coated and glossy.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Add remaining Mamma Limone to taste and mix well.
Add parsley and toss again. Serve immediately.
