Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp Mamma Limone seasoning (divided)
3 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
1 to 1.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
2 tbsp dry white wine
Directions
Pat shrimp dry thoroughly to ensure proper searing.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until shimmering.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
Add shrimp in a single layer and sprinkle with 2 tsp Mamma Limone.
Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and just opaque.
Deglaze the pan with white wine and let it simmer for 30 to 60 seconds.
Remove from heat and add 1 tbsp lemon juice and remaining 1 tsp Mamma Limone.
Toss gently to coat and finish with chopped parsley.
Taste and adjust with additional lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately.
