Coastal Breeze Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc is the perfect recipe when you want a restaurant-quality seafood dinner that still feels approachable enough for a weeknight meal. This grilled shrimp recipe combines smoky charred shrimp with a rich, silky lemon herb beurre blanc sauce for a dish that tastes elegant without requiring complicated techniques.
The key to this recipe is balance. Shrimp naturally pair beautifully with citrus, butter, garlic, and fresh herbs, and Coastal Breeze brings all of those flavors together in one seasoning blend. With notes of lemon, herbs, garlic, pepper, and savory depth, Coastal Breeze enhances the shrimp without overpowering their natural sweetness. The result is bright, flavorful grilled shrimp with a buttery sauce that feels both fresh and indulgent.
One of the best things about this grilled shrimp recipe is how quickly it cooks. After a short marinade, the shrimp grill in just a few minutes, making this an ideal seafood recipe for busy evenings, dinner parties, or summer grilling. The lemon herb beurre blanc adds a rich finishing touch while still keeping the dish light and vibrant.
For the best flavor and texture, avoid over-marinating the shrimp. Because the marinade contains lemon juice, the shrimp only need about 20 to 60 minutes to absorb flavor before grilling. Cooking the shrimp over medium-high heat also helps develop light char while keeping the shrimp tender and juicy.
This Coastal Breeze shrimp recipe pairs perfectly with rice, roasted vegetables, grilled asparagus, pasta, or crusty bread for soaking up the beurre blanc sauce. Garnish with extra parsley and fresh lemon wedges for even more brightness.
If you are looking for an easy grilled shrimp recipe with bold flavor, buttery lemon sauce, and restaurant-style presentation, Coastal Breeze Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc delivers an impressive seafood dinner with minimal effort.

Ingredients
Grilled Marinated Shrimp
-
2 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-
1 tbsp Coastal Breeze seasoning
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes
-
Juice of ½ lemon
Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc
-
½ cup dry white wine
-
¼ cup white wine vinegar
-
2 shallots, finely diced
-
8 tbsp butter, cut into small cubes and kept chilled
-
1½–2 tsp Coastal Breeze seasoning
-
Juice and zest of ½ lemon
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, olive oil, parsley, Coastal Breeze, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Toss until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 20–60 minutes.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill shrimp for 1½–2 minutes per side until lightly charred and just opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine white wine, vinegar, and shallots.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer until reduced by slightly more than half, about 8–10 minutes.
For a smoother sauce, strain the reduction if desired, then return liquid to the saucepan.
Reduce heat to low.
Add chilled butter one cube at a time, whisking constantly and allowing each cube to fully incorporate before adding the next.
Once all butter is incorporated and the sauce is smooth, remove from heat.
Whisk in Coastal Breeze, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Arrange grilled shrimp on serving plates and spoon beurre blanc over the top immediately before serving.
Recipe Note
Do not marinate shrimp too long or the lemon juice may affect the texture.
Use chilled butter and low heat to keep the beurre blanc smooth and emulsified.
Shrimp cook very quickly and should be removed as soon as they turn opaque.
For the best grill flavor, avoid overcrowding the shrimp.
Fresh lemon zest brightens the richness of the beurre blanc and enhances the seafood flavor.
