1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch thick slices

Directions
Prepare the Ratatouille Bruschetta
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine diced eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and Sea Salt and Herb seasoning.
