Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped and patted dry
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 to 5 teaspoons Wurzpott Peppa Lemon seasoning, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
Add the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Wurzpott Peppa Lemon seasoning, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbling around the edges with a lightly golden top.
For additional browning, broil for 1 to 2 minutes while watching carefully to prevent burning.
Allow the dip to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or tortilla chips.
Suggested serving methods: game day appetizers, holiday gatherings, party platters, grilled chicken dinners, steak nights, or casual entertaining.
