Ingredients
2 ripe peaches, cut into large chunks
2 ripe heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges or large chunks
2 (4 oz) portions burrata
3 tbsp high-quality olive oil
¼ cup crushed pistachios
3 tbsp fresh basil, torn
3 tbsp fresh mint, torn
1-1 ½ tsp Steak Argentino seasoning
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Flaky sea salt, optional for finishing
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches and heirloom tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with Steak Argentino seasoning.
Toss gently until evenly coated.
Divide the peach and tomato mixture between two plates or arrange on a serving platter.
