Ingredients
1 lb lamb cubes, cut into approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp Steak Argentino seasoning

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
Tzatziki or garlic yogurt sauce
Warm pita bread
Lemon wedges
Fresh parsley
Directions
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 to 30 minutes before grilling.
Thread lamb cubes and red onion chunks onto 4 skewers. Add optional bell pepper pieces if desired.
Drizzle skewers with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season evenly with Steak Argentino seasoning.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Grill skewers for 8 to 10 minutes total, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and cooked to desired doneness.
For medium rare lamb, cook to an internal temperature of 135°F. For medium lamb, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
