Ingredients
1 large Italian loaf or French bread, halved lengthwise
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1–1½ tbsp Pizza! Pasta! Basta! seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp Pizza! Pasta! Basta! seasoning for finishing
Optional: pepperoni slices for classic pizza flavor
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Optional: fresh basil ribbons
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine softened butter, olive oil, garlic, and 1–1½ tbsp Pizza! Pasta! Basta! seasoning in a small bowl.
Spread evenly over both bread halves all the way to the edges.
Top with mozzarella cheese followed by Parmesan cheese.
