2 Bunches broccolini, trimmed

¼ Cup chopped white onion

2 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoons minced garlic

1 Teaspoon lemon juice

1 Teaspoon lemon zest

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt & Herbs

1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Wash, trim and remove the leaves from the broccolini bunches. Mince the garlic, chop the onions, and set aside.
In a medium saucepot, put water and a dash of salt and bring to a boil.
Blanch the broccolini until slightly tender, then immediately remove, about one minute.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
Transfer the broccolini into the skillet and sauté for two minutes.
Add the spices, lemon juice, and zest. Remove from heat and enjoy
