Ingredients
2 (8 oz) salmon fillets
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp Wurzpott Steak Argentino seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper.
Pat salmon fillets dry thoroughly with paper towels. Place salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
