9 oz sugar

9 oz 70% dark chocolate

9 oz butter

4 tablespoons whisked egg

1 tablespoon all-purpose flower

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare cake pan by lining with parchment or greasing and coating in coco powder.
Melt butter and chocolate together over a double boiler.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Temper eggs by adding a 1/4 cup of the hot chocolate mixture slowly and stirring until completely combined. Then add the rest of the chocolate mixture to the eggs.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Garnish with Flower Power to taste. Seasonal fruit would also be a delicious accompaniment.
