1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Wurzpott Curry Red seasoning
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Wurzpott Curry Red seasoning
1 to 2 tsp water as needed for consistency

Pat shrimp dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Place shrimp into a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, Curry Red seasoning, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Toss thoroughly until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes.
Do not marinate significantly longer because lemon juice can begin affecting shrimp texture.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes before grilling.

While shrimp marinates, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Curry Red seasoning in a small bowl.
Whisk until smooth.
Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Lightly oil grill grates if needed.
Thread shrimp onto skewers leaving slight space between shrimp for even cooking.
Place skewers over direct heat.

Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
