1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

¼ teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

1 cup Corn Starch

½ cup Whole Milk

1 egg

2 tablespoon Ketchup
-
2 tablespoons Gochujang Sauce

2 tablespoons Honey
-
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

½ teaspoon Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Wurzpott Garlic Slices, chopped

2 Green Onions, sliced into rings
Marinade

KFC Sauce
Directions
Dice chicken into 1 inch chunks and marinate in Asian Fusion, soy sauce, rice vinegar, black pepper and baking soda for 20 minutes.
Whisk together egg and milk 1/2 cup corn starch, place 1/2 cup corn starch in separate bowl.
Coat chicken in egg & milk then the corn starch and place in air fryer. Cook at 390° for seven minutes on each side.
Combine ketchup, gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, Wurzpott Chili Threads, Wurzpott Garlic Slices and pepper in a sauce pan, simmer until sauce thickens - approximately 4 minutes. Set aside.
Place sauce in a bowl and toss chicken in mixture. Return to air-fryer for 2 minutes @ 385° until sauce is sticky and well coated on fried chicken.
Put on serving platter top with Wurzpott Chili Threads and sliced green onion.
