- 28 oz Fresh or Thawed Frozen Blueberries
- 2 cups heavy cream

1 tablespoon Bluetiful
- 2 cups sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1.5 sticks of butter
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine flour, Wurzpott Fruit Magic, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla, melted butter, and the juice and zest of 2 lemons. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Place blueberries in a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the blueberries and gently combine.
- In a hot 12-inch cast iron pan, melt butter to coat the sides and prevent sticking.
- Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, pour the batter into the cast iron pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Begin checking at 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle additional Wurzpott Fruit Magic and Wurzpott Bluetiful on top.
